Walking with Krishna

Walking with Krishna

A year-long live journey to apply the Bhagavad Gita to everyday life, one idea at a time.

Many of us have read the Gita, heard talks, and even understood the philosophy. But when real life happens, we forget. Or we get overwhelmed because Krishna covers so much, so quickly. This program is designed to address that.

We go chapter by chapter, theme by theme, and focus on how we can live the Gita. Every week you will take one clear insight and one simple practice into your work, relationships, and inner life. You are not asked to “complete” the Gita. You are invited to live it, slowly, honestly, and in a way that suits you.

No prerequisites. This program is for sincere learners. No Sanskrit or prior study required. Watch this space for the launch date!

Features of the program

Live, participatory sessions

This is conversation-based. We explore the core themes in each chapter, share real-life examples, and learn from each other’s attempts to apply the Gita.

Chapter-by-chapter, theme-by-theme

We don’t try to cover every verse. We take the essential ideas of each chapter and translate them into simple, usable guidance for day-to-day life.

Weekly practices for real life

Each week you’ll take a practice into your life: an action, a reflection, an attitude to hold, or a small inner discipline you can actually do.

Guided reflections & creative prompts

Journaling prompts, simple art explorations, vision boards, and inner inquiry. The aim is more than understanding the Gita, it is about integrating and living the Gita.

Overwhelm-free learning

Krishna covers a lot, and it can feel like “Where do I even start?” We solve this by focusing on one clear takeaway at a time, without pressure to master everything.

Rolling enrollment, flexible pacing

Join anytime. Stay for the full year, or come for a few chapters that call you. Recordings are available if you miss a live session.

Discover your path over time

As the year unfolds, you may naturally lean toward devotion, action, or understanding. This is kept fluid. You’re allowed to discover your path, and change anytime.

Optional in-person immersions

Three optional retreats connect the teachings to place and practice: Vrindavan (devotion), Dwarka (action), and Ujjain (knowledge). Attend what you feel called to.

Experience the Gita

Alongside the weekly live sessions, there will be 3 optional in-person retreats designed to help you move from understanding the Gita to truly living it. Through guided experiences, group processes, movement, reflection, creative activities, silence, and dialogue, we try to bring the verses of the Gita to life.

We will explore Krishna’s teachings through Bhakti Yoga in Vrindavan, Jnana Yoga in Ujjain, and Karma Yoga in Dwarka. Each retreat runs from Thursday check-in to Sunday check-out and includes visits to temples associated with Krishna. Participants are encouraged to integrate what opens up after returning to everyday life.

The retreats are optional. The online program stands complete even if you don’t attend any retreat. You may choose to attend one, more than one, or all three, depending on what you feel drawn to and what is practically possible.

Dates and fees will be decided as we go along.

Why this program matters

Many people understand the Gita, but don’t know how to live it. This program bridges that gap with small steps that actually fit real life.

Instead of trying to carry the whole Gita at once, you learn one thing at a time. That lowers confusion and builds real inner change.

You don’t need to finish all 18 chapters to benefit. Even one chapter lived well can shift your relationships, your work life, and your inner peace.
The optional retreats give you a deeper embodied experience of the teachings in places connected with Krishna. But the full program stands complete even without retreats.

Live Sessions

We meet weekly for live sessions. You’re encouraged to share what you tried during the week, where you struggled, and what you are learning. Recordings will be available if you can’t attend live.

Every month we also hold an integration week, so you can catch up, reflect, and settle what you’ve learned.
